My Marketing Package includes a complimentary staging consultation. I offer this to my clients because staged homes appeal to a wider pool of buyers and sell faster than those that are not. The word staging can be very intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. With a consultant that truly under-
stands your needs as a homeowner and the emotions involved, you can feel comfortable about the changes. During the consultation you will receive suggestions on how to rearrange your existing furniture and accessories and assistance with paint color selection as needed. Your house is your
home and the utmost care will be given to be sure that it remains family-friendly while being presented
in a more buyer-friendly way. You'll see the difference staging can make in the Before and After pictures below.

The homeowners removed some furniture and rearranged what remained which allowed buyers to

After the staging is completed a professional photographer will take attractive photos of the exterior and interior of your home. Room measurements are also recorded from which a floor plan is created.

Then a virtual tour is designed for your home. The floor plan can be viewed on-line and when a room is clicked on, the coinciding picture is revealed for a closer look. This is an effective and convenient way for potential buyers to preview a property with no appointment needed.
