I specialize in residential listings specifically in Loudoun County where I have been a resident for over 15 years. I believe in providing my clients with personalized assistance by being accessible, listening to their needs and taking the time to guide them through the buying and/or selling process. If you’re a buyer, this means we will compare properties to be sure you’re getting what you want and we will look at the long-term resale value as well as any potential concerns. If you’re a seller, this means after thorough research, I will be straightforward with you about the home’s market value and I won’t list it with any false hopes. Honest answers are best for everyone involved.
